Is JP Wine Bar for sale? or Trezo Vino?

Here is a listing I found the other day. Looks a lot like a listing for JP Wine Bar in Leawood. That would be pure speculation on my part. I guess it could be Trezo Vino? Is it other business interests or the fact that they are failing quickly?

I found it at BusinessMart.com if you are interesting in paying $600K for something that will likely be sold for pennies on the dollar after it closes. Too bad. If it is JP the downtown location was once one of the hottest places in town for food and wine junkies and a south location seemed smart.

Not sure how old the listing is though? I didn't see a date on it. I tend to think it is JP too though.

jp is overpriced and the owner spends all of his time at the speakeasy place

I think you are thinking of Ryan. He isn't apart of that group anymore. They bought him out...and I think might have begun their demise. He was the personality of the place.
