Cruise with Mitch Holtus!

Who the hell wants to go on an Alaskan Cruise with Mitch Holtus? I guess it is better than somewhere warm where you'd have to see a pastey white Mitch by the pool. I've heard of celebrity cruises before but seriously this must be a stretch. I want to punch the radio everytime I hear him as a guest on 810. Folks.....He works at the pleasure of the Chiefs.....do you expect him to say anything important or critical????? He lost me the day he called Larry Johnson "The Centaur" and thought he came up with something brillant.

Anyway, I was really giving myself a good chuckle (sad) thinking of evening cocktail hour with Mitch listening to him talk about blocking the A gap and other finer points of football. You know how this works, right? Mitchy gets a free cruise out of the deal.....prolly if enough people sign up. How awkward if nobody does. I was thinking of calling and feigning interest to see if there has been a good response. You talk about a promotion with a D list celebrity. Yikes. Maybe they should consider a Tom Scherer, filed candidate for Congress making America a better place cruise?

This is what I picture running around the cruise ship. Maybe this is right up the Chiefs Superfans alley? BTW, these guys are really nice. I've met them at some charity events. If I had unlimited money and time I'd love to plop down the 2 grand for a ticket just to see the crazy ass fans who think this might be some kind of thrill.

I signed up for this crusie and was very excited to hang out with fellow Chiefs fans. Now you've gone and ruined it for me. Ha. Kidding of course - I am not a cruise fan as it is and this sounds like a recipe for disaster!

Sinic, gee thanks for the input. I was hopeful you would notice that these past few posts have been quite a bit shorter than some other tomes I've offered. I'm working on it. Baby steps.

I want to clear something up here. I'm sure Mitch is a great guy I just think going on a cruise with him is silly and I think perhaps he might take himself a little too seriously.
