Really. Don't tell me the streets are too bad to drive when a 17 year old geek driving a 1980's Ford Escort can still bring me a pizza in less than 40 minutes.
JOCOeveryman digression for those who have time:
A couple years ago I answered the door to retrieve pizza to find the smartest kid in my graduating class standing at the door with said pizza in hand. Literally, I think he had a sad epiphany at that exact moment. Tears came to his eyes and you could tell he was trying to hold them back as I handed him a $5 tip. I could see straight through him as he thought in a way so obvious he might as well have said, er yelled it out loud.
"Really? I'm delivering a pizza and taking a $5 tip from this guy? I have more brain power in my little finger than JOCOeveryman has in his entire body. WTF is wrong with my life? I'm delivering pizza!"
And while I tried to be nice, even engaging, as in "hey man, really good seeing you" I'm sure to him it was more like me saying, "Ah see there smart dude, the jocks still score the best jobs, hottest chicks.....live in best neighborhoods and you know and basically have the best lives, sorry, sucks to be you. I guess that whole, 'you'll be working for me' someday crap you brainiacs tried to peddle back in HS just didn't sell."
Or maybe it was just who I was sharing the pizza with that upset him.......
Last week he asked me to be his Facebook friend. Weird. I'm still thinking about it.

Easily I acquiesce in but I contemplate the brief should have more info then it has.
Sometimes I can't imagine what is going on in your head JE.
Maybe he owns the pizza shop and was just helping out with deliveries? Probably not. Sad to see brains go to waste like that. Something unfortunate happened.
